The CODESYS Package Designer is an integrated tool to create so-called packages. Packages are used to extend an existing CODESYS installation by additional features and configuration settings. The CODESYS Package Designer provides commands to include all necessary components (i.e. plug-ins, libraries, online help, menu commands) to the package file. The CODESYS Package Designer allows to create new packages or to open and modify existing packages.

The plugin can be called using the menu command Tools -> Package Designer.
