MITSUBISHI - POWER SUPPLY UNIT MDS-A-CR-90

This is a Power supply units that supplies the DC currents to the MITSUBISHI MDS Servo drives and MITSUBISHI Spindle drives. This MITSUBISHI MDS-A-CR-90 is mounted and must be placed next to the MDS Spindle drive unit as shown on the connecting drawing from the MDS manual in order of drive capacity size.

The MDS-A-CR-90 Power supply unit operates a cooling fan on the rear side of the unit.

Always make sure than neither of the link bars are short circuited and connected.

Connect the largest-capacity spindle drive unit to the final axis of the NC communication bus in order to control the power supply unit. The spindle drive unit must be installed adjacent to the power supply unit. In the system with servo only, a servo drive unit for controlling unbalance axis must be installed in the same manner in the same way.
