Digi-Pas® DWL-5000XY, DWL-5500XY & DWL-5800XY are 2-Axis Inclination Sensor Modules that specifically designed to be integrated into machine/equipment/structure with capability of real-time simultaneous monitoring of plane levelling position, 2D tilt angles, vibration measurement and data logging function when used with the ‘Plug and Play’ PC Sync Software. These intelligent modules are embedded with advanced MEMS sensor technology, developed for application engineers to ensure precision structural stability or angular position on any desired object. These smart inclination sensor modules are tough, durable, IP65 waterproof , shock resistance, small footprint and enabled to communicate with external peripheral devices through various protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485, & wireless Bluetooth.
Digi Pas DWL 5500XY (accuracy 0.001°) is a digital 2-axis precision sensor based on advanced MEMS technology. It can be integrated into machines and installations and serves for long-term monitoring of the machine direction, inclination angle and vibration of machines and installations.

These robust slope sensor modules are shockproof and waterproof to IP65. Via various protocols such as USB, RS232, RS485 and Bluetooth (connection via the separately available Digi Pas control box), the inclination sensors can communicate with external peripherals.

The high accuracy of the sensor modules has been retrievable by accredited independent calibration services and metrology institutes according to SI standard and NIS, JIS, UKAS and DIN under CIPM MRA.

The Digi Pass control box with connection for up to 4 inclination sensors simultaneously and the Pro software for the PC with advanced functions are available separately and not included.
