Thank you for your continued attention and support to E-Motion's cross-border e-commerce business E-MotionSupply.com. Every browsing, every order, every inquiry and every request for help is the reason for our existence.

2023 is coming to an end. Sales have experienced small growth at the beginning of the year, downturns and fluctuations in the middle of the year, and then rebounded in December. Although we have increased the number of customer visits, we are still far from achieving our goals. No matter how many obstacles there are on the way forward, we firmly believe that as the market picks up and we continue to pursue new markets, it will provide opportunities for the survival and development of E-Motionsupply.com.

Our continuous improvement plan will build our E-MotionSupply into a first-class 5A+ motion control community.

1A+ Weekly team training and continuous team building are the guarantee that we have enough talents to support the development of high-end manufacturing;

2A+ Giving the professional solutions online and offline support, engineering service support, training and education support;

3A+ Providing response services for lots of discontinued products, starting with repair or replacement, to provide operational support for equipment users. This service focuses on HMI, controllers and drivers;

4A+ Helping OEM customers with all functional components from software, main motion control components to accessories and customization. We always strive for the accuracy of description, pictures, inventory and delivery, updating the current pricing, cargo location, and freight cost. If any mistakes occur, we must communicate with customers in a timely and honest manner. Customer satisfaction is the most important thing;

5A+ Supplying the market with first-class brand products and services with guaranteed quality and production capacity. Every time we add a supplier to our list, we must put our strict evaluation and on-site inspection, so that customers can achieve zero risk when purchasing from our platform.

In the past year, we have been working around 5A+. In 2024, in addition to insisting on creating a 5A+ community, as the largest distributor of the original Delta Tau in the world, we will build a team and increase facilities to specifically solve the problem of our PMAC customers due to Delta Tau being After the acquisition, many models of products and accessories have been discontinued, which has caused difficulties in getting spare parts. There are software compatibility issues when replacing controllers during the production of new equipment. We will provide trade-in services through repair and refurbishment and provide E-Motion EMAC-800 series controllers to be compatible with PMAC software to provide customers with high-end services. In addition, we will absorb new technologies and new products from small and medium-sized enterprises with growth potential into the e-commerce platform to promote the development of the industry.
