HEIDENHAIN offers an adjusting and testing package for diagnostics and adjustment of HEIDENHAIN encoders with absolute and incremental interfaces. It consists of two components: the PWM 21 and the ATS software. The ATS software version available up to now (V3.6.03) is now being replaced by ATS V3.8.0. The PWM 21 inspection devices can be used with all HEIDENHAIN encoders, feature low measuring tolerances and can be calibrated.
E-Motion America Inc is promoting Heidenhain Testing and Inspection Devices right now. The highly accurate inspection devices are universally deployable, capable of being calibrated and interposed within the closed control loop. Fortunately, E-Motion can provide these devices immediately to save your expenditure and your time.

Important improvements with ATS V3.8.0:
• Support for the SA 2380 signal adapter
Monitoring mode: replacement of SA 100 and SA 110
Connection of EnDat 3 encoders to the PWM 20
• Revision of software options
Test versions and time-limited options that can be managed simultaneously by the ATS software are now available in addition to the previously available options without a time limit.
• Mounting wizards
These wizards have been adapted to the current product generations in terms of their functionality and display of results.
• AMO encoders with SSI interface are now supported
• Datum shifting with EnDat encoders
The function for shifting the datum, which had been freely available, is now available only as a software option.
