Since the company was established in 1994, thirty years have passed quietly. Looking back, scenes from the past come to mind. That is the path we E-Motion people have walked together, and it is the journey of progress we have made hand in hand. Thirty years ago, I started from scratch and founded E-Motion Company, which has always been respected by the industry. We have always adhered to winning the market with our professional knowledge, unique technology, and expert services, providing appropriate and suitable solutions for various applications in the global high-end manufacturing industry. In the past thirty years, we have gone through ups and downs and tempered ourselves into swords; we are determined and move forward courageously; we never give up or get discouraged; we always move forward in the direction of our goal. From CNC machine tools and robot control technologies and products to the high speed and precision required for semiconductor equipment manufacturing; from the precision and reliability demands of biomedicine to the production of clean energy; from high-definition, high-speed printing equipment to sophisticated high-speed packaging machinery; from high-speed warp knitting machine control systems to low-speed single crystal pulling control systems; and from high-end motion control and CNC technology training courses and exchange meetings to mechatronics teaching experimental equipment and instructions for graduate students, we have invested our sweat and wisdom into every aspect. This has laid a solid theoretical and talent foundation for the thriving market. Throughout this thirty-year journey, we have always adhered to the business philosophy of sincerity, integrity, and the belief that hard work is rewarded, as well as the spirit of mutual respect, assistance, and full collaboration. Our focus has been on three key areas: first, product performance and quality control; second, the level of technical service; and third, the quality of business services. These principles have laid a solid foundation for the company's development. We have always adhered to the people-oriented principle, trusting our employees and giving them the opportunity to fully utilize their intelligence and talents. We have created a management system that fosters mutual growth for both employees and the company, building a learning-oriented team that stays at the forefront of the times. This approach has driven the company's growth and contributed to the progress of the industry. From sunny California to the vast and prosperous Texas; from Canada, the land of maple leaves, to India, where elephants dance; from China’s first-tier northern cities—Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen—to Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and second-tier cities like Xi'an, Chengdu, and Wuhan, E-Motion has left a lasting business legacy in each of these regions. In the next thirty years, we will continue to develop the Internet and integrate AI into it. We aim to create new business models through AI, focusing on the application of motion control and robotics technologies in the health industry. This will lead to a new business model centered around motion control for high-end manufacturing and another centered around robotics technology for the health industry. This is the direction that the people of E-Motion will work toward in the next thirty years. Thirty years have passed in the blink of an eye, E-Motion has taken motion control technology to the world. In the next thirty years, E-motion will introduce robotics technology to the health industry, benefiting community residents. Looking ahead, E-Motion’s footprint will not only span high-end manufacturing but will also reach every corner of the globe. I would like to express my gratitude to every employee who has contributed to the development of E-Motion over the years. It is you who have nourished the life and health of E-Motion with your sincere sweat every moment of every day. At the same time, we would like to thank our customers, partners and suppliers, it is our cooperation with you that has given E-Motion the opportunity to survive and develop. When drinking water, never forget the one who dug the well; when crossing the river, never forget the one who built the bridge. In E-Motion’s culture, there is no concept of dishonest business practices, only sincere hearts, upright character, diligent work, and the steps leading employees toward a prosperous and high-quality life. Finally, I would like to congratulate E-motion on its success over the past 30 years. 三十年前，我单枪匹马，白手起家，创建了一直以来备受业界尊敬的元茂兴公司，我们始终坚持以自己的专业知识、特有的技术和专业的服务来赢得市场，为全球高端制造业不同应用提供恰当的、合适的解决方案。
过去的三十年里，我们历经风雨，历练成剑；意志坚定，勇往直前；从不言败，永不气馁；始终沿着我们的奋斗方向前进。
从数控机床和机器人控制技术和产品到半导体电子设备制造需要的高速高精度；从生物医疗的精细和高可靠性要求到清洁能源的生产环节；从高清晰高速的印刷设备到精致高速包装设备；从高速经编机控制系统到低速控制的拉单晶控制系统；从高端运动控制和数控技术培训班及交流会到我们设计和编制的供大学研究生机电一体化教学实验设备与实验指导书等都倾注了我们的汗水和智慧，为市场的繁荣奠定了扎实的理论基础和人才基础。

面对未来三十年，我们将继续发展互联网+的基础上叠加AI+，我们会围绕运动控制和机器人的技术应用在大健康产业方向通过AI+创造新业态。这将形成围绕运动控制服务高端制造业的业态与围绕机器人技术服务大健康产业的新业态，这是我们未来三十年元茂兴人共同努力的方向。
长江后浪推前浪，一代新人换旧人。我们公司将会迎来工作30年以上的退休员工。我们对工作30年以上的退休员工，在自愿的情况下实行返聘5年，退居二线继续发热，工资发放比例按返聘前的60%发放；同时对工作30年以上员工自退休后，公司根据当年经营情况发放可调节的终生津贴。
三十年弹指一挥间，元茂兴带着运动控制技术走向了世界； 再来三十年，元茂兴将会把机器人技术普惠到社区居民的健康产业上。未来的元茂兴的足迹不仅遍布高端制造业，也会驻足地球上每个角落。
