Acceleration/deceleration shape protection function to prevent disturbance of arbitrary shape during triangular drive.

Shape guarantee function: Distortion avoidance of shape by deceleration command during acceleration.

Each axis has a 3-point force (field excitation, field noise level, deviation angle)
