Kavlico's Piezoresistive (PRT) Pressure Sensors and Transducers use a backside PRT configuration that is compatible with most liquid and gaseous media. Due to it's small size and adaptability this sensing technology provides a cost effective and reliable solution for the most demanding applications. PRT pressure sensors are available as gage, absolute, sealed gage and differential pressure references mounted in either metal or plastic housings.

The P4000 series of Pressure Transducer incorporates a stainless steel isolation diaphragm and laser-welded construction to withstand harsh rugged environments. The pressure sensor uses Piezoresistive sensing technology and is paired with our custom ASIC to produce a stable, accurate output. Internal temperature compensation provides an accurate, easy to use device. The rugged construction of this pressure transducer is specifically designed to withstand high overpressure spikes and provide compatibility with a wide range of process media.
